Our Projects

Our development objective is to establish an effective and sustainable instrument to improve the living conditions and the economic status of disadvantaged communities.

All our projects are community initiatives, which include:

  • OVC PROJECT IN GANZE, KILIFI COUNTY
  • ECD SCHOOLS IN BARANI AND TAKAUNGU
  • PUBLIC HEALTH AWARENESS PROJECT (Building of Toilets)

Through our community development projects we help to facilitate sustainable development for disadvantaged, marginalized, and poorly educated members of society by utilizing local resources and by providing them with the education and skills they need to empower themselves to be self- sufficient.

Many communities face a wide array of problems; little or no available education, no access to skill development, inadequate housing, poor sanitation, unobtainable medical help ; the list goes on. We get involved and lend a hand to help to the people and improve their general welfare

Dzarino also emphasises partnership with local leaders, teachers and churches to bring about lasting societal change. We organize conferences and workshops cover issues like HIV/AIDS, micro-finance, and community cooperation. Often through self-initiated projects, volunteer crew and our staff give of their extra time and their own resources to meet needs of the poor and disadvantaged people.

Dzarino is also involved in the plight of women in the communities. Women in villages spend their lives fetching water and working in the fields, with little or no education. Dzarino empowers women in rural areas to embrace the possibility of transformation and to recognize their undeniably important role in society, mobilizing them to find solutions to improve the quality of life for their families and communities, through trade and commerce as well as emotional and spiritual development.

Dzarino works strategically to empower local leaders through training, support and motivation, mobilizing them to initiate a compassionate, sustainable response to needs within their own communities.
